Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers about articles, sources, trading terminology, documents and the existing contact channels.

Where can I find contact information?

Use the existing Contact Us page. It preserves the original channels. The educational pages do not provide an account-processing form or accept identity documents.

Where is the company information?

The restored Why JustMarkets page contains the existing company presentation. Check the entity-specific legal documents for contractual details rather than relying on a brand summary.

Which privacy policy and agreement apply?

Start with the legal entity named in your account agreement. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service resource pages link to existing PDFs and the complete legal hub. This FAQ does not select an entity for you.

Are articles trading signals?

No. They explain public sources and hypothetical calculations. They do not assess your finances, recommend an order or promise a return. Read the editorial policy for scope, authorship and verification limits.

Why do edition dates differ from publication dates?

Edition dates organize the reading collection into different issues. They are not claims that these new pages were published in the past. Each new article separately shows its actual publication and update date. Source releases retain their own dates.

Can a forecast be treated as today’s price?

A forecast, an average and an executable quote are different objects. The oil forecast guide shows why a quarterly average cannot supply a price path or an entry timestamp.

Does a small margin requirement mean a small loss?

Margin is collateral under a product’s rules, while exposure determines the effect of a price change. The leverage guide holds exposure constant to show the distinction. Actual contract and closeout rules must be checked separately.

Does zero commission mean no trading cost?

Other applicable items can include spread, financing, conversion and execution differences. The trading-cost guide explains a complete hypothetical calculation without quoting current account fees.

Where did the older articles go?

Their original URLs and text are preserved. The new Articles page contains ten new reading guides, while page two and later pages list the restored English archive.

How can I report an error in an article?

Use the channels on Contact Us and identify the article URL, disputed statement and supporting source. The editorial policy explains the correction process. No dedicated new editorial inbox is claimed.

For account-specific conditions, use the applicable original documents and contact channels. This FAQ is a navigation and education resource.
